About

Building one thing, carefully.

IVAI OS is developed by Alruaa Almutakamilah, a Saudi technology company focused on governed automation for enterprise systems, starting from one bounded workflow rather than a broad platform.

Vertical first

The order of work is deliberate:

  • Prove one workflow, for one accountable owner, against a definition of success agreed in advance.
  • Deliver the same workflow again without rebuilding it.
  • Extract reusable capability from what actually repeated.

A broad platform assembled before that evidence exists is a guess about which parts will be reusable, made at the moment there is least information.

§ 02

Why IVAI OS exists.

Computer-use models have become genuinely capable, and the amount of enterprise work that consists of moving structured information between systems by hand is very large.

Published market research nonetheless points to a substantial share of agentic AI projects being cancelled, and to organisations pulling back autonomous agents after production incidents exposed gaps in governance.

The recurring pattern is not that the automation could not do the work. It is that nobody could establish what it had done.

IVAI OS starts from the position that the durable product in this market is the authority, verification and evidence layer around a model — rather than the model, or the demonstration.

§ 03

How we work.

Claims follow evidence

Operational figures are used in proposals once they have been measured on the work in question. Public benchmark results are not treated as predictions about a specific customer's workflow.

Scope before build

A workflow is scoped against explicit criteria before development begins, and processes that do not meet them are declined rather than attempted.

Controls are not optional

Approval, limits, a stop control and a reviewable record are part of every engagement. An engagement that would require abandoning them is not one we take.

Success is defined in advance

The conditions under which a workflow would be judged to have worked — and the conditions under which it would not — are written down before the measurements, not negotiated afterwards.
